Episode 71: The Exorcism of Michael Taylor

Today we cover the possession and exorcism of murderer Michael Taylor who was a devoted family man and mild-mannered, working-class Englishman before encountering a strange cult-like sect of the Anglican Church.

An utterly bizarre story of strange religious beliefs culminating in a murder so vicious and gory it left seasoned investigators vomiting and shaken to their core. Was it the demons of insanity, violence and murder that caused the horrible killing?

And we get into the tale of Derry Mainwaring Knight, the Satanic Swindler, who ran a scam ridding the world of demonic forces that is too weird for fiction and too crazy to be true.

But true it is! Two tales of true-crime demon possession and exorcism in England.
