Responsible for up to 34 deaths according to the DEA, this remorseless doctor, both an MD and PhD, was blinded by greed and in 2004 was the biggest purchaser and prescriber of Oxycodone in the nation, in the end he prescribed over 3 million pills, and ended up receiving four life sentences in prison.
